You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item purchased from Jewelryjohan. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

*The item must be in the original packaging.
*Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items

*Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.
*Gift cards.
*Personalized or customized items.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
*Contact us: Send an email to service@jewelryjohan.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Please include a brief reason for your return request.
*Return Authorization: We will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return your items.
*Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective product or incorrect item received).
*Packaging: Please package the item securely and include your order number and RA number inside the return package.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed using your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend that you first return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at service@jewelryjohan.com. We will assist you with a return, exchange, or full refund, depending on the situation.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for a refund.
International Returns
For international orders, please be aware that you are responsible for any return shipping costs and customs duties.
